note: The Government of
discounts. See further above. Method of Payment: The best and easiest way is to make a T/T transfer to
RTSCA's account at the Siam Commercial Bank, Bang Saen Branch. After you
have been accepted for a specific course(s), we will send you our Bank
information. At the School, we accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB and SCB credit
cards, but the banks‘ exchange rate is about 9 % less than a T/T. Refunds: If a student cancel his/her course(s), for whatever
reason, not less than 4 weeks prior to course start, a full refund, less
10 %, will be refunded promptly. If canceled less than 4-weeks prior to
start, a cancellation fee of 50 % will be deducted. If a
student does not show up for a course, or cancels the course or following
course(s) less than 2 weeks prior to arrival at the school, no refund is
applicable. |
